The summary:  A Mason-Dixon Polling Research poll of about 800 registered voters in Florida shows that Mitt Romney and Mike Huckabee both lead President Barack Obama in their latest findings.  Obama still maintains a lead over Donald Trump.

The reaction:  It’s a little early to be taking polls like this seriously but it is an indication that Obama may have a challenging road to climb over the next 18 months.

Romney leads Obama 48-43 in the poll while Huckabee maintains a 49-44 edge.  Obama did hold a 48-40 advantage over Donald Trump in the same poll.
