Judge denies Winklevoss Facebook settlement appeal

The headline:  Judge kills zombie Winklevoss lawsuit against Facebook

The summary:  A federal appeals judge denied an attempt by Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, the twins who claim that their idea for a social networking website was stolen by Mark Zuckerberg to create Facebook, to essentially renegotiate the settlement they agreed to with Zuckerberg.

The reaction:  The Winklevoss brothers claim they were misled about the true value of Facebook and now are coming back looking for more money.  It doesn’t quite work that way, fellas!

They ended up with about $65 million in the settlement so it’s a little tough to feel too bad for them.  If they think they got a sour deal, they should blame their own lawyers, not Zuckerberg.
