Cop hits woman in the face at late night IHOP brawl (with video)

The summary:  A cop is being investigated after a person with a cell phone camera recorded him twice hitting a woman in the face as he attempted to break up a disturbance at an IHOP restaurant in Atlanta.

The reaction:  Judging just from this short clip, it looks like the woman didn’t do a whole lot to deserve the first hit (although the second one she probably deserved after throwing a few wild punches at the cop).

The video looks to be, in my opinion, a little damning to the cop but who knows how a police investigation will turn out.
